3) ELECTRICAL PERMITTING AND INSPECTIONS BY COLORADO STATE ELECTRIC
BOARD. ELECTRICAL ROUGH-IN APPROVAL 1S REOUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION
ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REOUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION &
CERTI FICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
4) WILDFIRE MITIGATION REOUIREMENTS: COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE MITIGATION
AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS PER COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE
AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT.
5) PRE-FABRICATED ROOF TRUSSES. HAVE ENGINEERING FOR INSPECTOR AT TIME
OF FRAME INSPECTION.
ó) OPEN HOLE SOILS REPORT IS REOUIRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION AND PRIOR TO
ANY CONCRETE POUR. PROVIDE COPY OF GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERS REPORT
TO ïHE BUtLDtNc tNSpECTOR (2,000 pSF).
7) VERIFY IFANY EXISTING STRUCTURES REMAIN IN USE ON THE SUBJECT PROPERry.
