I added the mean existing topo base line, then added in the 25' max midpoint. As a result I dropped the plate at the 2nd level 6" to 8'-6" to drop the roof. Nate may elect to drop the heal height from a foot to 6" on the trusses. Either way the roof drops 6" to comply. lf this works let me know and I will have Nate print and drop off for you to slide into the set. Jeffrey R. Please see attached info. 1 't't I It appears the average existing grade at the tall or two-story section of the house has an average grade of 622O.5 or a site measurement of 99. Midpoint of the roof app'ears to be L24.5. Overall height appears to be 25.5 ft. which is 6 inches Loo high. I could find Nates email address in the application, but I could not read it.
