speoilied. Pre'manufactured etructures require he engineers stamp, eignature and date.

NOTE: lf any required information is missing, delays in lssuing the permit are to be expeded. lf
determined by the Buildlng Ofücial that additlonal information is necessary to review thä application
and/or Plans for compliance, the application may be placed on hold until tire required infoririation ls
provided. Work may nol proceed without lhe issuance of a permit.
The Building_Division will collect a Plan Review fee at time of application submittal. The permit fee, as
wellas any Road lmpact fees will be coltec{ed when the permif ii issued.
