RE: Permit #GRAD -09-21-7125, Building and OWTS Permit on 218932200033
Garfield County Building Department,
Please be advised that Harriman Construction, Inc. (HCQ is no longer the general contractor for any projects at Buck
Point Ranch. Currently HCI has an open grading permit and has submitted for a building and OWTS permit.
Regarding Permit #GRAD -09-21-7125 please remove HCI as the listed contractor. Please allow the owner SGJD, LLC
to transfer this permit to another contractor.
Regarding the pending building permit and OWTS permit on parcel 218932200033 please remove HCl as the listed
contractor. HCI will not be submitting the additional information requested to date to enable Garfield County to
complete the permit review. Please allow the owner of SGJD, LLC to transfer the permit to another contractor.
