SCOPE OF WORK TO BE PERFORMED
R-49 Hybrid (4.5 inches) R-30 polyurethane spray foam with R-19 unfaced batt insulation to
all non -vented rafter ceiling.
R-49 Loose fill fiberglass insulation to all flat truss ceilings with perimeter baffles.
R-23 Blow in blanket system to all 2x6 exterior walls with vapor barrier.
R-21 (3.0 inches) polyurethane spray foam to rim and box sills in laundry room.
R-21 Unfaced batt insulation to all remaining rim and box sills.
R-39 Blow in blanket system to all mid floors.
R-11 Unfaced batt insulation to all 2x4 interior walls.
R-19 Unfaced batt insulation to all 2x6 interior walls.
R-21 Unfaced batt insulation to underside of stair treads.
R-39 Blow in blanket system to all garage ceiling with living above.
R-21 Unfaced batt insulation to all 2x6 garage exterior walls.
R-21 Unfaced batt insulation to all 2x6 garage common walls with vapor barrier.
Air sealing package. (To pass Blower Door Test)
FOAM ALL PENETRATIONS, DOORS AND WINDOWS.
