I am not suggesting the surveyor change the fashion in which they prepare plans, and do not find those renderings insufficient or inadequate in any way. However, I was hoping someone who may have access to a GPS system and has already visited the premises .... might know or have access to the actual elevation. The elevation of the site is .....less than 7,000 feet? Less than 8,000 ft? over 6,000 ft? Many thanks, thank you ! When you díd this survey you set the contours to 1000 and not to the actual elevation. This was okay and worked for us except now the Building Department needs the actual elevation to verify specífic requirements. This is as noted below in Colleen's email. I have attached the survey you sent to us for your reference. Could you quicklv define the actual elevations so the Building Department can continue their review? Despite, multiple efforts on your part to share contours and elevation references and dimensions on the plan drawings. I am struggling a bit to identify clear approximate actual elevation of the building site (LOT 78). I am in the process of evaluating the required frost depth and snow load, and am coming up short of a correct answer.
