Everyone,
On site survey 40.L, corner pin #15710 (south pin at the street) is at actual elevatíon 6890.1'. According to my
calculations, this would put archítectural/structural 100' elevation at 6868.5'.

The issue is the survey is from 2008 when assr¡med elevations were acceptable
I have found Google Earth site elevations are with 5 feet or so, which may be close
enough for wlrat you are looking for

l'm a newer staff member and am not as yet fully familiar with geographic territories for
all subdivísíons on Garfield County. I am not suggesting the surveyor change the fashion
in which they prepare plans, and do not find those renderings insufficient or inadequate
in any way. However, I was hoping someone who may have access to a GPS system and
has already visited the premises .... might know or have access to the actual
elevation. The elevation of the site is .....less than 7,000 feet? Less than 8,000 ft? over
6,000 ft?

Hello Jeff,
We got this note from the building department thís afternoon. When you díd this survey
you set the contours to 1000 and not to the actual elevation. This was okay and worked
for us except now the Building Department needs the actual elevation to verify specífic
requirements. This is as noted below in Colleen's email. I have attached the survey you
sent to us for your reference.
Could you quicklv define the actual elevations so the Building Department can continue
their review? You also surveyed Lot74,4 Lots down, and indicated the bench mark to
be at 6933.65 elevation, if that helps.

l'm fínishing the initial code complíance review for the submitted
blueprints. Despite, multiple efforts on your part to share
contours and elevation references and dimensions on the plan
drawings. I am struggling a bit to identify clear approximate
actual elevation of the building site (LOT 78). I am in the process
of evaluating the required frost depth and snow load, and am
coming up short of a correct answer. Perhaps need to call it an
evening.... whenever it is convenient, most welcomed and
appreciated to reply.
