I am starting structural review of plans today and would like to obtain an electronic copy of Kumar &
Associates (K+A) preliminary geotechnical report, project 2t-7-332, dated May L3, 2021referenced by
Lindauer Dunn in "general notes". Regrettably, l'm not finding an email contact for Jeffrey Dunn and do not

see the referenced report in Leavitt Spofford's building applicatíon packet. Reviewing a copy of K+A's
geotechnical report will aid in my sign off of the zoning conditions for the lot. Kindly send to cwirth@garfield-
countv.com.
For general feedback, the remainder of architectural and structural code review has gone well, and no further
corrections remain at this time.
