completeness of the submittals and approval of this Application. a Building Permit will be issued granting
permission to me, as Owner, to construct the structure{s} and faclllties detailed on the submittals reviewed by the
Building Divlsion, ln consideratlon of the lssuance of the Building Permit, I agree that ¡ and my agents will comply
with provisions of any federal, state or local law regulating the work and the Garfleld County Building Code, OWTS
regulatlons and applicable land use regulations (Counly Regulatlon(s)), I acknowledæ lhat the Bulld¡ng Permit
may be suspended or revoked, upon lotlce from the County, lfthê locatlon, constructlon or use ofthe structure(s)
and faclllty(ies), descrlbed above, are not ln compllance wlth County Regulation{s} or any other applÌcable law.
