The building has no electricity or heat
It's a storage building on the Ranch for equipment, material, and seasonal autos

RE: BahaNo AquaRanch LLC- existing pole bam BLRE-09-2I-7I55
This letter is to confirm that the existing pole bam located at Il77 County Rd. 259 in Garfield
county near Rifle was built only a year or so ago and was a pre-built wood frame building that
was purchased from the Cleary Building coqp. We have personally been to the building and have
performed our own calculations and confirm that the building was built in accordance with the to
date building code (2015 IBC) requirements in Garfield County. The county required 40psf
snowload works with the members as built, and the existing as built structure also works for the
required Wind design of 115 mph and exposure C.
