ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REOUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION &
CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
4) WILDFIRE MITIGATION REOUIREMENTS: COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE MITIGATION
AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS PER COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE
AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT.
5) PRE-FABRTCATED ROOF TRUSSES. HAVE ENGTNEERING FOR INSPECTOR AT TIME
OF FRAME INSPECTION.
ó) opEN HOLE SOTLS REPORT tS REOUTRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION AND PRIOR TO
ANY CONCRETE POUR. PROVIDE COPY OF GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERS REPORT
TO THE BUILDING INSPECTOR (2,000 PSF).
7\ A LOT IMPROVEMENT CERTIFICATE, SEALED BY A COLORADO LICENSED
SURVYEOR, IS REOUIRED AT FOUNDATION INSPECTION TO VERIFY SIRUCTURE -
INCLUDING ROOF OVERHANGS, DECKS AND OTHER PROJECTIONS - IS IN
COMPLIANCE WITH GARFIELD COUNTY'S BUILDING ENVELOPE REOUIREMENTS.
