The referenced onsite wastewater treatment system (OWTS) was inspected September 9, 2021.
At the time of inspection, the OWTS leachfield installation used Arc36 chambers instead of the
Standard Quick4 Infiltrator chambers. Since the same number of Arc36 chambers replaced what
was called out in the design for Infiltrator chambers, the leachfield has more absorption field
capacity than required for a 4-BR dwelling. The Arc36 chamber (34" x 60") has a capacity of 15
ft2 versus the 12 ft2 for Quick4 Infiltrator chamber (34" x 48"). The OWTS is deemed to be
installed in conformance with February 2021 engineered design plans with the design deviation
resulting in a larger capacity than originally designed. Contact WestWater Engineering for any
