This afternoon I completed the architectural and structural code review for new residence alLot27, Lookout Mountain
Ranch. As the permit application form is blank or "silent" on obtainíng a driveway permit (or otherwise a letter
confirmíng the driveway is exempt), I have placed a condition on the building permit subject to the following:
8) CONTACT GARFTELD COUNTY ROAD & BRIDGE TO ÕBTATN A DRTVEWAY PERMIT
OR OTHERWISE RECEIVE A DRIVEWAY EXEMFTION LEîTER FOR US TO RËTAIN IN
THE BU¡LDING FILE RECORDS. CONTACT ROAD & BRf DGE, PHONE (970}é25-8ó01,I
Please get in touch wíth Road & Bridge staff. When you have either an exemption letter or a driveway permít number,
you are most welcome to email that documentation to me at: cwirth@garfield-countv.com. I will make certain it is
scanned into your building file.
