Letter Access Trails.pdf
Glenn,
I left you a phone message a short while ago, in response to your inquiry about the status of the packet delivery. Our
bundle was picked up by the courier this morning and we had the impression it would go to you immediately. Upon
checking in with the courier, we learned that they were making an up valley run after stopping by our office, and then
returning down valley from Aspen. We were told that it would be in your hands by about 2:00. Please let us know if you
still did not receive it.
Related, we have two additional documents that would be worthy of inclusion in the L+E application packet. This
includes letters of recommendation for the access trails project from two stakeholders (Red Hill Council and the
Carbondale Bike, Pedestrian, and Trails Commission). I am attaching them for your use. lf you would prefer, we could
bring (10) paper copies of these documents to the hearing next week, or I could deliver them to you during our pre-
hearing on site visit this week. Please let me know your thoughts.
Thanks,
Chris Brandt

Hi Chris: Based on your representations that you did research with the County Assessor's Office and did not find any
records of mineral rights owners you should be set. When you drop off the additional copies, please remember to pick
up your notice posters. l'll be doing my staff report this afternoon and tomorrow morning, so if I have any questions I
may call. Thanks again. Glenn.
