"Please amend Singer Barn-Greenhouse 2021 plans dated May 27, 2021 to be governed by 2015
IRC review and not lBC. We can eliminate allfire-related construction as specified on sheetA2.1
Walltypes 10, 30, & 40. We will use standard 2x6 wood studs with 16" o.c. defined in the IRC and not
the fire related assemblies as quoted from the IBC code. All residential building code should prevail."
