This email is to clear up the confusion on lot 6 from last year.
I received a building permit for lot 6 in 2020 for a manufactured home called Bonneville Vista.. i did not do any work on
this lot 6 last year or this year as of this date. lnstead I want to exchange the Bonneville home for the Fleetwood
manufactured home called the Heritage. ln this way I can continue moving forward on lot 6 installation once you
approved this home change under that current permit that is still active. This Hertigage is also a 3 bedroom 2 bath
home.

Dear Jody,
The purpose of this letter is to reaffirm the applicability of the design prepared for the development of the OWTS
on Lot 6, Quicksilver Court Subdivision. As you recall, we provided you a design and a design report for the option
to install both a 3 bedroom single family home or a 4 bedroom single family home. We understand that you are
proposing to install a 3 bedroom HUD modular home on Lot 6. As such, the applicability of the design to support
that use is for the 3 bedroom home.
You will need to install, at a minimum, the 1,000 gallon septic tank, the appurtenant distribution box and the six
(6) infiltrator trenches of 88 feet long, each. Each trench will need to utilize 22 Quick 4 infiltrators to accommodate
the 88' length. Our prior drawings and design datedT/3h9 more specifically outlines a schematic design.
As you install the system, and prior to backfilling the improvements, please coordinate with us to provide the
requisite inspections so that the system installation verification/certification can be performed as required of
Garfield County. Likewise, we will acquire the necessary as built information in order to prepare as built drawíngs
for the County's records.
