ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REOUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION &
CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
4) WILDFIRE MITIGATION REOUIREMENTS: COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE MITIGATION
AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS PER COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE
AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT.
5) FLOOR PLAN SHOWS AN 448 SO FT, HEATED AND INSULATED WORKSHOP; AN
448 SO FT UNCONDITIONED GARAGE SPACE FOR CAMPER STORAGE, PLUS 448
SO FT, UNENCLOSED CARPORT. STRUCTURE IS APPROVED FOR PRIVATE USE
ACCESSORY TO THE RESIDENCE, ANY COMMERCIAL BUSINESS OPERATION OR
CHANGE TO BUILDING OCCUPANCY WILL REOUIRE FURTHER LAND USE REVIEW
AND APPROVALS AND MUST COMPLY WITH BUILDING CODES AND ZONING
REGULATIONS IN EFFECT AT TIME OF FUTURE WORK.

BUILDER TO REFERENCE PLAN ATTACHMENTS FOR CODE REFERENCES AND
ADOPTED POLICIES ON SNOWLOAD, FROST DEPTH, UFER GROUNDING,
TEMPERED WINDOWS, EXIT DOORS. INSULATION, GARAGE AND CARPORT
FLOORING SURFACES,
7) INSPECTTON POL|C|ES ARE ATTACHED FOR BUTLDER REFERENCE. BE AWARE,
FOOTING. FOUNDATION WALL, ROUGH GAS PIPE, ROUGH MECHANICALVENT,
ROUGH AND FINAL ELECTRIC (THROUGH STATE ELECTRICAL INSPECTIONS),
