Avoidance of any wetland areas as represented in the Floodplain Permit and current grading permit applications. Compliance with any Army Corp of Engineer permitting/regulations in accordance with Resolution No. 97-106 General conformance with bank cross section representations contained in the Floodplain Permit application (see attached excerpt). No placement of fill or stock piling of excess material within the floodplain and no alteration to the floodplain.
