Section 9: NE1/4NE1/4 Garfield County, Colorado Dear Ms. BoN`Ter: Per the conditions of approN'al listed in the Resolution 2010-08 associated witlh the PA 41-9 pad location: 9. The Applicant shall be required to submit a report annually, until such time as the tivell pact is released from the COGCC reclamation bond, of the extraction andprocessing operation, for staff revietiv. Upon revietiv of any deficiencies pursuant to conditions of approval or other local, state, or federal permits, Staff rraay forward the report to the County Commissionersfor fill review of the Special Use Permit. On the PA 41-9 location, normal operations occurred this year which include the following: • 06/01 /2021 • 06/23/2021 PA 41-9 Pad PA 41-9 Pad Pre -emergent Treatment Noxious Weed Treatment There was no reclamation or workover activity on this pad for 2021. TEP personnel and contractors continually monitor and maintain production equipment, water removal, and production as needed. TEP has reviewed the conditions set forth in the Major Impact Review and remains compliant under the conditions of the resolution listed above.
