Hello Díane,
I started review of your application for the L,600 sq ft outbuilding {barn, detached garage). Have a few questions:
1. Do you have (2) paper copies of a SITE PLAN: includíng lot boundary lines, existing I proposed structure wlth
uses clearly labeled; north arrow, scale íllustrating distance to adjacent buildîng structures and the East EIk
Creek? Reading through your applicatíon materials, I only fincl a small 8.5 x lL sheet in the geotechnical report
created by Kumar & Associates for purpose of showing the profile pits and drarnage field, Anr I missing another
SITE PLAN page?
2. Willthe detached garage be heated?
3. Wíll a hot water heater be installed? lf so, is it electríc, natural gas or propane- fueled?
4. Will the detached garage have other mechanical equípment or fuel- fired appliances insfalled?
5. Willthe detached garage have electric po\iler supply?
6. Will the structure have infloor radiant heat tubing?
7. Will tlre floors / walls / ceilirrg roof system be insulated?
8. Will any drywall be installed?
l'm needing more detail from a SITE PLAN in order to complete the zoning approval. Questions 2-8 will help me prepare
applicable "red lines" and "stamps" on the approved FIELÐ COPY.
