I am reviewing your permit application. On the submítted building permit application form, I notice the form
lines for DRIVEWAY PERMIT, check box "exempt" or check box "driveway permit number

left blank. Please contact Garfield County Road & Bridge Department, at phone (970) 625-8601to obtain a
driveway permit {or have them otherwise determíne the property location ís "exempted" from said permit
requirements).
tf you have already obtained a receipt from Road & Bridge and they've províded you with a driveway permit
number,the permit number will suffice as evidence I can put into the file. My email address is

foundation. Attached is a new stamped set indicating the Pf=40 psf snow load.
Sam: Please make sure the truss manufacturer uses the updated loads for the truss design.

ljust started the review for Samuel Jurmu's house design on Scutter Ln, Rifle area.
Plan sheet S.0.1 dated 1U1,1,/2027lists a ground snowload of Pg = 45 PSF and roof snowload of pf = 35
. PSF
Garfield County's policy is a minimum roof snowload where Pf = 40 PSF where the elevatíon is at 5,800
+ / -1t.
Can you email me a response to confirm the design snowload complíes with Garfield County minímum
requirements?
Or submit (2) stamped REVISED copies of any affected structural pages?
