4) NO ENGINEERED STAMPED STRUCTURAL PAGES REMITTED FOR REVIEW.

EMERGENCY ESCAPE AND RESCUE OPENINGS (2015 IRC, SECTION R3O3 AND
R31O). PLEASE REVIEW THE RESIDENTIAL PLAN ATTACHMENT AND RED LINES ON
THE FIELD COPY,
ó) SEPTIC SYSTEM REVIEW/ APPROVALS: PRIOR TO FINAL BUILDING INSPECTION &
CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY PROVIDE FINAL APPROVAL / SIGN-OFF FROM
GARFIELD COUNTY'S PUBLIC HEALTH DEPARTMENT,
7) NO OCCUPANCY OF THE BASEMENT SPACE SHALL OCCUR UNTIL SUCH TIME
FINAL APPROVAL FOR THE ALTERED SEPTIC SYSTEM AND FINAL BUILDING
INSPECTION IS APPROVED.
