Hello there. l'm finishing plan review for the Massey residence, Lot 3, Wooden Deer subdivisíon located in Garfield
County, Colorado.
Attached for reference are minimum design criteria for Garfield
52. j- wínd design is marked at 90 mph, exposure B. Garfield County has currently adopted minimum 115 mph ult¡mate
wind design.
Could you please confirm structure meet Garfield County wind requirements?
An email response to cwirth@garfield-countv.com will be sufficient for the building file record. So long as there are no
amendments to the framing details or proposed assembly, we will not request nor require resubmissíon of any of the
original structural sheets.
