Their house, as designed, does not s¡t on the building point for Lot 3 and they would like approval for the new locat¡on. Before granting the request, the Architectural Comm¡ttee would like lhe three lot owners that are directly affected (Lot 1 - Clemons, Lot 2 - Ochs, & Lot 4 - Bymes) to approve the change.
