Homes, Inc. DBA Clayton Homes #t037, is authorized and empowered to sign docume¡rts related to
transactions of the certain real e¡tate located at TBD Mineota Drive Lot # 5, Silt, CO 81652. General
Manager is not authoriznd¡o eirter into any Guarantee Agree'ment or any other contract that would rçquire
CMH Homes Inc. to assume responsibility for any loan balances or palmetrts owed by a consumer if they
default on their home loan Ìvith their le¡rder.
