B) pROVtDE BUILDtNG HETGHT ELEVATTON SURVEY TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH MAXIMUM BUILDING HEIGHT OF 25 FEET. c) pRovtDE ELEVATTON SURVEY TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE OF FLOOR HEIGHT ELEVATION WITH FLOOD CERTIFICATE. 5) ALL STRUCTURES REQUTRE TNSTALLATION OF RESIDENTIAL FIRE-SPRINKLER SYSTEM. VERIFY REQUIREMENTS & COORDINATE INSPECTIONS WITH LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT, AND PROVIDE ROUGH-IN APPROVAL AT FRAMIING INSPECTION. FIRE DISTRICT SIGN-OFF & AppRovAL REQUTRED pRtOR TO FTNAL BLDG. TNSPECTION/CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY. 6) ON-SITE WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM TO BE INSPECTED BY A PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER LICENSED IN THE STATE OF COLORADO. PROVIDE ENGINEER,S FINAL REPORT PRIOR TO FINAL BUILDING INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY. 7,) STUDTO OUTBUtLDtNcS ARE CONSIDERED RESIDENTIAL ACCESSORY-USE STRUCTURES AND SPECIFICALLY MAY NOT BE USED FOR COMMMERCIAL PURPOSES. 8) ELECTRICAL PERMtTTtNG AND TNSPECTTONS BY COLORADO STATE ELECTRICAL BOARD. ELECTRICAL ROUGH-IN APPROVAL IS REQUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION. ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REQUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
