Dear Sirs:
; This is to address the re-use of the existing foundation at the Sweikert Residence. Please feel free to, use this letter in conjunction with the structuraf drawings dated January 17, 2022 for permitting and
building department purposes.
We have reviewed original construction documents dated February 7,2007 by Ernest Kollar Engineers,
lnc. and have made field observations on December 1,2A21 after demolition of the structure to verify the
foundation geometry and condition. Based on these observations and review of the original drawings,
the foundation has been determined to be suitable for re-use as part of the construction documents
prepared by this office dated January 17,2A22.
