the Bulldlng Dlvlsion. ln conslderatlon of the lssuance of the Building Permlt, I agree that I and my agents wlll
comply with provlslons of any federal, state or local law r.egulatlng the work and the Garffeld County Bullding
C¡de, OWTS regulatlons and appllcable land use regulatlons (Countv Regulation(sl). lacknowledge that the
Building Permit may be suspended or revoked, upon notice from the Countç lf the locat¡on, constructlon or use
of the structure(sl and facillty(iesl, descrlbed above, are not in compliance wlth County Regulatlon(s) or any
other appllcable law.

further acknowledge thät the issuance of the Bu¡ldlng Permlt does not prevent the Bullding Offlclal from: (11

The Bullding Division will collect a Plan Review fee at time of application submittal. The permit fee, as
wellas any Road lmpactfees will be collected when the pemit is issued.
The permit application must be slgned by the owner or by percon having tmitten authorityfiom the oñrner
to act as their representatlve.
Buildlng cannot be occupied until a Certificate of Occupancy (CO) is issued. Using üte building without a
CO will be considered an illegal occupency and may be grcunds for vacating the premises. (Final/CO
inspec{ion requlrements will be attached to your approved field set of plans.)
