You will find attached a revised cross section that reflects the need to only have 1 number 4 rebar (horizontal) in the 36” stem wall that will be formed of the Nudura (ICF) form system. You will also note that the opening in the gable end wall foundation is shown in plan view that reflects that this opening is to be 36”square and constructed of the same cross section as the remainder of the exterior foundation. It is possible to pour the concrete footing as a full concrete pour instead of the 24” wide footing as well. We understand that this may be the selected option of the contractor. When pouring this footing under the crawl space access, our recommendation is to pour the footing/foundation first, then pour the remaining foundation walls. After they are poured, a second stage pour in the crawl space walls can be completed. Upon your receipt and review, if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me. Respectfully, SGM Jefferey S. Simonson, PE Principal 1/27/22
