BOARD. ELECTRICAL ROUGH-IN APPROVAL IS REOUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION.
ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REOUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION &
CERTI FICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
4) WILDFIRE MITIGATION REOUIREMENTS: COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE MITIGATION
AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS PER COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE
AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT,
5) OPEN-HOLE SOTLS REPORT REOUTRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION TO VERIFY f ,OOO
PSF SOII BEARING CAPACITY. PROVIDE COPY OF ENGINEER'S REPORT FOR
BUILDING INSPECTOR REVIEW AT FOOTING INSPECTION.
6) PRE FABRICATED ROOF TRUSSES, HAVE ENGINEERING FOR INSPECTOR AT TIME
OF FRAME INSPECTION,
7) A LOT TMPROVEMENT CERTIFICATE, SEALED BY A COLORADO LICENSED
SURVEYOR, IS REOUIRED AT FOUDATION INSPECTION TO VERIFY STRUCTURE -
INCLUDING ROOF OVERHANGS, DECKS AND OTHER PROJECTIONS - IS IN
COMPLIANCE WITH MINIMUM SETBACKS AND/OR BUILDING ENVELOPE
REOUIREMENTS.
8) DURING FRAMING, THE BUILDING INSPECTOR MAY REOUEST REVIEW / APPROVAL
OF AS.BUILT FRAMING BY THE ENGINEER OF RECORD,
