Dear Mr. Gaasch,
At your request, Huddleston-Berry Engineering & Testing, LLC (I{BET) prepared this letter
regarding 206 CR323 in Rifle, Colorado. HBET understands that the existing residential
structure on the site is proposed to be replaced. However, the existing Onsite Wastewater
Treatment System (OWTS) is proposed to remain and be used by the new residence.
As part of the project, HBET will evaluate the existing OTWTS with regard for suitability to
accommodate effluent flows for the new strucfure in accordance with current Garfield County
regulations. If necessary, HBET will design an expansion or replacement of the existing system.
