Void Permit. A Building Permit becomes null and void if the work authorized is not commence,d within 180 days
of the date of issuance and if work is suspend,r:d or abandoned for a prnriod of 180 days after cr:mmencement.
CERTITICATION
I hereby certify that I have read this Application and that the informatilon contained above is true and correct. I
understand that the []uilding Division accepts the Application, along with the plans and specifications and other
data submitted hy m* or on my behalf (submíttals), based upon my ceftification as to accuracy'. Assuming
completeness of the submittals and approval CIf this Application, a Euiilding Permit will be issuerd granting
permission to me, as Owner, to construct the structure(s) and fucilities detailed on the submittals reviewed by
the Building Division. ln consideration of thar ir;suance of the Building Fermit, I agree that I and my agents will
comply with provisiorrs of any federal, state or local law regulating the'work and the Garfield County Building
Code, OWTS regulations and applicable land use regulations (County Flegulation{s)}. I acknowl,ndge that the
Building Permit may be suspended or revokecl, upon notice from the fl()unty, if the location, ccr'nstruction or use
of the structure(s) an,J facility(ies), described ilbove, are not in compli*nce with County Regulation(s) or any
other applicable law.
I hereby grant permission to the Building Divi:i,ion to enter the property, described above, to inspect the work. I
further acknowledge that the issuance of the lBuilding Permit does nol: prevent the Building Ofll'icial from: (1)
requiring the correcti'on of errors in the submittals, if any, discovered ufter issuance; or (2) sto¡;ping
construction or use of the structure(s) or facility(ies) if such is in violation of County Regulation(s) or any other
applicable law. Revier,ru of this Application, including submittals, ancl inrspections of the work by the Building
