Per your request, the following is to notify you and Garfield County - Commercial Development that Glenwood Caverns
Adventure Park knowingly authorize CUC Construction, Two Rivers Construction and their agent Eliel Ruiz to sign, submit
and respond to any necessary actions with regard to the permitting for the Defiance Coaster Project.
