OVERHANGS, DECKS & OTHER PROJECTIONS - IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH MINIMUM
SETBACKS AND/OR BU I LDI NG ENVELOPE REOU I REM ENTS.
8) PURSUANT TO CORYELL RANCH PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL, HOMES WITH
FIRE AREAS GREATER THAN ó,200 SO FT MUST BE PROVIDED WITH AN AUTOMATIC FIRE-
SPRINKLER SYSTEM. MAIN HOME IS CALCULATED WITH FINISHED LIVING, ATTACHED
GARAGE AND COVERED PATIO/DECKS IN EXCESS OF 6,200, THEREFORE, THE MAIN
RESI DENCE M UST BE FI RE-SPRI N KLERED. THE DETACH ED GARAG E/WORKSHOP/LOFT
STORAGE IS DEEMED "EXEMPT" FROM FIRE-SPRINKLER REOUIREMENT AS IT IS WELL
UNDER THE 6,200 SO FT THRESHOLD. FIRE SPRINKLER APPLICATIONS, PERMITS AND
INSPECTIONS ARE ADMINISTERED DIRECTLY BY CARBONDALE & RURAL FIRE PROTECÏION
