Originally, we raised the Finished Floor Elevationto 6224.05. As noted previously, this FFE was a worst-case scenarío. Since we have excavated and poured our footers, we were able to bring the FFE down further without any impact from the high-water table. As such, the new FFEis 6222.20. Please let me know what the best way is to process this amendment. When originally plotting the house, our architecture díd not call for any roof eaves. This was shot down and amended after the house was plotted on the lot, resulting in a 1' unintended eave encroachment in the front building setback. ls this something we need formally amend to our buildíng permit? See attached new site plan. The scale of these drawíngs L/4'-L' at22x34 or tf 8" = 1' ât LlxL7. We don't lrave l"henl scaled for 18x24. I can either: L. Send you the digital files, so you can print them at LLxLT , and have them scaled 2. Reprint the drawings at22x34 and have them delivered to your office. 3. Reprint the drawíngs at 1Lx17 and have them delivered to your office. What is the easiest solution to keep this moving forward? Luke, I open the plans for these projects. There does not appear to be a scale for the L8 x24 sized drawings submitted. I assume they may be reduced from 22 x34 sized sheets. We do need to be able to scale off the drawings and suggest the plans be replaced with scalable drawings. I believe we can issue grading permits but will need scalable drawings for the buildíng permit review.
