RESPONSIBILITY OF ITEMS REQUIRING
COORDINATION AND RESOLUTION DURING THE
BIDDING PROCESS AND CONSTRUCTION.
D. THE BUILDING INSPECTOR SHALL BE NOTIFIED
BY THE CONTRACTOR WHEN THERE IS NEED OF
INSPECTIONS A REQUIRED BY THE UBC AND ALL
LOCAL CODE OR ORDINANCE.
E. ALL INTERIOR FINISHES, FIXTURES, PRODUCTS
SHALL BE VERIFIED WITH OWNER PRIOR TO
PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION.
F. THE CONSTRUCTION INDICATED SHALL
COMPLY WITH IBC STANDARDS.
G. ALL DETAILS SHALL BE CONFIRMED WITH
WATER AND THERMAL CONSULTANT TO BE THE
BEST CONSTRUCTION PER REGULATIONS.
H. THE PROJECT SHALL COMPLY TO THE 2015 IBC.
