Altitude Septic LLC was hired to perform an ¡nspect¡on at the above address. This system cons¡sts of a 1000-
gallon concrete septic tank with a leach field located in the field below. The septic tank fails the inspection as it
is leaking and has deteriorated enough to allow roots to infiltrate it. The leach field appears to be functioning,
but it hasn't been used for more than a year, so ¡t is d¡fficu¡t to verify this, but, it shows no signs of previous
saturation or failure.
