4) WILDFIRE MITIGATION REOUIREMENTS: COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE MITIGATION
AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS PER COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE
AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT.
5) OPEN HOLE SOTLS REPORT tS REOUTRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION AND PRIOR TO
ANY CONCRETE POUR, PROVIDE COPY OF GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERS REPORT
TO THE BUILDING INSPECTOR (2,000 PSF).
ó) PRE ENGINEERED ROOF TRUSSES. HAVE ENGINEERING FOR INSPECTOR AT TIME
OF FRAME INSPECTION,
7) AN ELEVATION SURVEY, SEALED BY COLORADO LICENSED SURVEYOR, IS
REOUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION TO VERIFY THAT AS-BUILT ROOF COMPLY WITH
GARFIELD COUNW'S 2s-FOOT BUILDING HEIGHT LIMIT AS DEFINED IN THE LAND
