BOARD. ELECTRICAL ROUGH-IN APPROVAL IS REOUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION.
ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REOUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION &
CERTI FICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
4j WILDFIRE MIT¡GATION REOUIREMENTS: COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE MITIGATION
AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS PER COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE
AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT,
5) OPEN HOLE SOTLS REPORT tS REOUTRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION AND PRIOR TO
ANY CONCRETE POUR. PROVIDE COPY OF GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERS REPORT
TO THE BUILDING INSPECTOR (1,500 PSF).
ó) PRE ENGINEERED ROOF TRUSSES, HAVE ENGINEERING FOR INSPECTOR AT TIME
OF FRAME INSPECTION.
7) ENGINEERED SEPTIC SYSTEM: ON-SITE WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM
(OWTS)TO BE INSPECTED BY A PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER LICENSED IN THE
STATE OF COLORADO. PROVIDE ENGINEER'S FINAL REPORT PRIOR TO FINAL
BUILDING INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
8) PURSUANTTO OWNER EMATL (DATED 3-2-2022) AND ATTACHED SITE PLAN, THE
EXISTING RESIDENCE SHALL BE DEMOLISHED PRIOR TO SCHEDULING FIRST
FOOTING INSPECTION FOR THE NEW RESIDENCE. FIELD VERIFY ONLY ONE
RESIDENCE ON PREMISES PRIOR TO BUILDING FINAL AND CERTIFICATE OF
OCCUPANCY FOR NEW RESIDENCE PERMIT BLRE-02-22.7345.
9) CONDITION OF PERMIT: ANY CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY THAT CHANGES THE
BASIC CHARACTER OR TOPOGRAPHY OF THE NATURAL LAND LOCATED IN THE
1OO YEAR-FLOODPLAIN MUST FIRST OBTAIN A "FLOODPLA]N DEVELOPMENT
PERMIT" THROUGH GARFIELD COUNW'S PLANNING DEPT.
