Good evening Colleen
The soils report reference on SL.O is an old note from another job that I forgot to change.
The owner for 370 Silverking Court did not get a soils report for this lot'
We were assuming a soil property of L,500 psf out of the Table R401.4.t of the 2015 lRC.
We will have a geotechnical engineer come out and special inspect the excavation prior to
footing placement to confirm this number.
The owner also owns the neighboring lot, which did have a soils report when he built it a year or so ago'
For that reason, we feel fairly confident in the 1,500 psf value for design, again, which we will confirm wíth a geotech
before doing footings.
Attached ís a clarification adjusting this note 8 on S1.0 under Design Criteria.
