Floodplain Analysis Floodplain Analysis Narrative The Floodplain Analysis, Section 4-203(O) of the Garfield County Land Use and Development Code is not applicable to the proposed BJU N23-496 CDP. The subject use is not located within a floodplain or adjacent to a floodplain. The site is located on top of a plateau on the Roan Plateau. No drainages or water channels flows towards the site. The only surface water within a 1,000-foot radius is a drainage (ephemeral stream) located 900 feet to the east. The drainage is approximately 200 feet lower in elevation than the BJU N23-496 CDP site located. The Hydrology Map is provided in the Maps and Plans tab.
