Subject: Comments Regarding OWTS Design, Proposed Residence, Lot 4, Asgard
Subdivision, County Road 226, Garfield County, Colorado
Dear Andrew:
As requested, we are providing comments regarding the previous on-site wastewater treatment
system (OWTS) design we prepared for subject site. Our comments, which we understand have
been requested by Garfield County, are provided below.
Our previous OWTS design dated April 19, 2021, Project No. 21-7-121.02 was for a three-
bedroom residence. The current proposed residence is a three-bedroom premanufactured home
to be located in essentially the same location as the previous proposed residence. Our previous
design can be used for the OWTS for the current proposed residence.
We should observe the OWTS installation as discussed on page 8 of our design report to develop
the record drawing and certification (As -Built) of the system.
