B) ON-S|TE WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM (OWTS)SHALL BE INSPECTED BY PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER LICENSED IN STATE OF COLORADO. PROVIDE ENGINEER'S FINAL REPORT PRIOR TO BUILDING FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY. 9) SCOPE OF WORK: INCLUDES ONLY DETACHED GARAGE / WORKSHOP WITH TOILET AND DOG WASH BASIN, GAS BOILER AND INFLOOR RADIANT HEAT. SUBJECT PERMIT WAS REVIEWED AS PRIVATE USE ACCESSORY BUILDING TO THE MAIN RESIDENCE. ANY FUTURE CHANGE IN BUILDING OCCUPANCY OR USE, MAY FIRST BE SUBJECT TO A NEW BUILDING PERMIT AND LAND USE APPROVAL PROCESS TO VERIFY NEW WORK COMPLIES WITH RIVER RIDGE PUD AND ZONING REGULATIONS & BUILDING CODES IN EFFECÏ AT TIME OF FUTURE WORK.
