RE: Spring Valley Ranch - Grading Permit Application
Dear Glenn,
This correspondence is intended to supplement the Grading Permit Application that we submitted to
your office on February 70,2022, for Spring Valley Ranch. The work associated with this application
constitutes the start of construction for Phase 2 of the PUD in accordance with the Amended and
Restated Development Agreement (Reception No. 89a969). The work involves the construction of a new
640' long entrance road into the property, which willfacilitate construction access. The plans are
inclusive of appropriate grading, drainage, erosion control, tracking control, revegetation, and an
asphalt apron adjacent to County Road 115. The new road alignment is prec¡sely aligned with
Highgrange Pass as approved with the Preliminary Plan in 2008 (Reception No.7470L6')and is within
what will ultimately become the right-of-way for Highgrange Pass with the approval and recording of the
Phase 2 Final Plat as submitted to your office on February 28,2022.
Thank you for your consideration of this Grading Permit Application, and please contact us with any
questions.
Sincerely,
TANDWEST
