Only one kitchen in the ProPertY. 4.How many total bedrooms are existing / proposed?There are 4 total existing bedrooms. 3 in the main level and 1 ín the finished basement. We are proposíng to keep the same amount/ all of them. The only one getting remodeled is the master. So I can finish mark ups on all plan pages and correctly calculate remaining building permit fees, I ask to receive either an electronic update or (2f paper copies of REVISED sheet 4.2.200. REVISED sheet to include room labels of the existing and proposed lower level floor plan. Thanks for sharing the update regardíng your existing home floor plan layout and status of the property's existing septic system. I understand from your correspondence the home will continue to have a total of 4 bedrooms and only one of the 4 bedrooms is being remodeled. As this is an existing system and you are doing remodel and renovations to the property, I highly encourage you contact Garfield County Environmental Health Department staff to ensure no further records or updates are needed concurrent with the existing septic system. While I presume the exísting system remains in good working order, please check with Environmental Health to make sure nothing further is needed. From communications with the owner Tobías, I understand thís is strictly a kitchen bathroom remodel, with remodeling of one master bedroom suite, plus structural changes to a lower mechanical / laundry room wall. Tobias has supplied complete hard paper copies of the existing and proposed floor plan layouts. Prevíously 4 bedrooms, proposed 4 bedrooms in same locations. No apparent increase in loading to the existing system.... Per email string below, I d¡d find ANSWER lN RED Questíon Answer #2 below a bit odd. Septic shared with a neighbor? When previous owner owned both lots.... l've placed a CONDITION for the building inspector to verify Public Health is satisfied or signed off on the existing septic before a building final sign off occurs.
