RE: Building Permits BLRE-08-21-7025 & BLRE-O8-21-7060- Wastewater Lift Station
652 Lariat Lane
Dear Community Development:
SGM is the engineer of record for the building permits cited above. The two building permits are
for a barn and ADU (7025) and a single-family house (7060). The barn and ADU are receiving
their final inspection today for a certificate of occupancy. The two separate structures are served
by a sewage lift station that will be privately owned by the property owner and pumps into a
sewage line that is owned by the Roaring Fork Water and Sanitation District (RFWSÐ). The
sewage lift station has been adequately sized by SGM to serve both structures.
The sewage lift station has been constructed according to the approved building permit drawings
and has been tested for operations. SGM has provided onsite inspection services for the lift
station construction and operation. The connection to the RF\ÂrSD's sewage line was inspected by
RFWSD. Please let this letter serve as approval to use the sewage lift station for both structures
when COs are issued.
lf you have any questions, please call.
Sincerely,
SGM
Chris
