Dear Mr. Wittenberg,
A representative of Huddleston-Berry Engineering and Testing,LLc (HBET) observed the foundation
excavation and tested the soil compaction on May 24, 25 ,28 a¡rd June I, 202 I .
Periodic testing for the subject project is complete and any exceptions have been corrected. A site specific
Report was not conducted forthis lot.
The open hole inspection indicated that the subsurface soil conditions on the lot are consistent with the
referenced report. Therefore, based upon the recommendations in the referenced report, results of the
open hole inspection, and results of the field density testing the subgrade is adequate for foundations
constructed in accordance with the Geotechnical Report using a Maximum Allorvable Bearing capacity of
2000 psf.
As of June l, 2ù2I, during the final testing and observations of the structural fill material for the building
pad there lvere no installation of utilities and or concrete forms. Any future disturbances to the building
pad require retesting and observations prior to concrete placement.
HBET appreciates the opportunity to offer services úo your project. If you have any questions please call

Respectfully Submitted
