4) WILDFIRE MITIGATION REOUIREMENTS: COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE MITIGATION
AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS PER COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE
AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT.
5) OPEN HOLE SOTLS REPORT tS REOUTRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION 1500 PSF
ó) ALL HIGH STRENGTH BOLTING AND FIELD WELDING REOUIRES SPECIAL
INSPECTOR. PROVIDE APPROVAL REPORT AT FRAMING INSPECTION.
7) THE BUILDING STRUCTURE HAS BEEN APPROVED AS A PRIVATE USE GARAGE /
SHOP ACCESSORY TO THE MAIN RESIDENCE, PLANS DEPICT NO HABITABLE
LIVING SPACE, BUILDING HEATING, PLUMBING AND/OR SEWER SERVICE
CONNECTIONS. ANY FUTURE CHANGE IN BUILDING OCCUPANCY OR LAND USE
MAY FIRST BE SUBJECT TO A NEW BUILDING PERMIT AND NEW REVIEWS TO
VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH ALLOWABLE LAND USE(S), ZONING AND BUILDING
CODES IN EFFECTATTIME OF FUTURE WORK.
