3) ELECTRTCAL pERMtTTtNG AND TNSPECTIONS BY COLORADO STATE ELECTRIC
BOARD, ELECTRICAL ROUGH-IN APPROVAL IS REOUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION.
ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REOUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION &
CERTI FICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
4) WILDFIRE MITIGATION REOUIREMENTS: COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE MITIGATION
AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS PER COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE
AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT.
5) A LOT TMPROVEMENT CERTIFICATE, SEALED BY A COLORADO LICENSED
SURVEYOR, IS REQUIRED AT FOUNDATION INSPECTION TO VERIFY STRUCTURE -
INCLUDING ROOF OVERHANGS, DECKS AND OTHER PROJECTIONS - IS IN
COMPLIANCE WITH MINIMUM SETBACKS AND/OR BUILDING ENVELOPE
REOUIREMENTS.
ó) opEN HOLE SOTLS REPORT tS REOUIRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION 1,000 PSF
7) ALL HIGH STRENGTH BOLTING AND FIELD WELDING REOUIRES SPECIAL
INSPECTOR, PROVIDE APPROVAL REPORT AT FRAMING INSPECTION.
8) ANY CONSTRUCTION ACTMry THAT CHANGES THE BASIC CHARACTER OR
TOPOGRAPHY OF THE NATURAL LAND LOCATED IN THE 1OO YEAR FLOODPLAIN
MUST FIRST OBTAIN A'FLOODPLAIN DEVELOPMENT PERMIT'THROUGH GARFIELD
COUNryY'S PLANNING DEPT.
9) PLAT NOTES ATTACHED TO FIELD COPY FOR OWNER'S AWARENESS.
10) BUtLDtNc lS APPROVED AS PRTVATE USE ONLY GARAGE SHOP ACCESSORY TO
THE RESIDENCE. ANY FUTURE CHANGE IN BUILDING USE OR OCCUPANCY SHALL
REOUIRE A NEW BUILDING PERMITAND FURTHER REVIEWS FOR COMPLIANCE
WITH LAND USE, ZONING REGULATIONS AND BUILDING CODES IN EFFECT AT
TIME OF FUTURE WORK.
