I request (2) new comp¡ete sets of the ARCHITECTURAL AND STRUCÍURAL PIAN PAGES as amended for the new home design. Would like them to be hard copies, full sized (24x36 inch or approx.). Please be sure the plan package includes a current updated SITE PLAN depicting the current home design and home location. Also please alert your structural engineer, they have referenced the Huddleston Berry onsite wastewater treatment report number in their general specification notes on structural sheets. However, the original building file from December includes a building foundation report by Kumar and Associates, proj 21-7-678 dated Oct 27 202L. lquestion if the new engineer is referencing the correct document for the new design? Clarification or correction concerníng the referenced geotechnícal report before re-submittal is advised. I also request (1) copy of an UPDATED building permit applicat¡on form. Be sure to include the UPDATED contact information for the involved partíes, as it appears you have made changes to the design team (ALL DRAFT)(no longer Studio M). The DESCRIPTION OF WORK should be updated to reflect the new home design, s9. ft., number of stories also updated to reflect new home. When the new home design is submítted you may reference building permit BLRE-12-21-728A REDMAN, fofwafd attn: COLLEEN WIRTH. I am holding your original file folder and plans at my desk. Understand as l've already performed a complete review for the original design, I will be calculating any new fees owed duríng my review of your AMENDED HOUSE PLANS. I think the only thing that is the same is the septic clesign and location. Are we able to continue with our original application or should í stay a ncw onc? I'vc attached the PDFs of the plans for reference, i haven't gotten then printed yet. Thanks for your help. What you would need to do is bring us 2 copies of the updated plans (architectural and structural) that show the changes. lt does not need to be a full submittal of everything else, but just what is changíng from the original plans. lt will then be worked into the queue, and once the review is complete, the additional fees wíll be assessed and once paid, the permit will be issued. lf you would like to reach out once you have the revisions, we can discuss to make sure you have everything needed. After all of that though, we are having to make some changes. lf we decide to not have a basement after all and only do a crawl space but then add a bedroom and bathroom on the upper floor, do we have to start the buildíng permit process all over again?
