As requested, we have reviewed the roof rafter framing condition for the planned placement of
two new {-0" x 4'-0" windows as shown in the photos below. The roof rafters below the windows
were called-out as a5r/2.;12 pitch on our structural construction document, dated October 28,202'J".
The resulting field modification was completed due to existing conditions.
The as-built condition o13l 4' plywood gusset wood bents fastened to each side of the cut rafters
with construction adhesive and 3 - 8d ring shank nails @ 12" o.c. should be structurally su-fficient to
resist vertical design loads.
